BONNIE WATTERS (Cloth Doll Making) has been designing and making original cloth dolls for forty years. Her dolls feature embroidered faces with real and motif eyes, jointed bodies and layers of calico clothing. Six of the doll maker’s designs were licensed and sold through Butterick Pattern Company, and today she offers patterns in six designs. Bonnie has taught workshops with children and a class at Fletcher Farm School. She has designed over 300 dolls and stuffed animals over these years and has made and sold over 13,000 of her Vermont-made products. Besides the dolls, the Watters offer craft activities and children’s workshops. All can be seen at www.bonniesbundlesdolls.com.
